    Hello Experts .

    i performed a software upgrade on a 7030 pair in master-standy from OS 6.4.2.9 to 6.5.3.3.

after the customer says that he has noticed the POWER LED of the 225 ap's ( all the ap's are ap 225 ) shows up as "amber".  prior to the upgrade they were showing up as "green".

i saw on airheads what does it mean for the Power led to go amber which is "

Power LED goes amber instead of green when the switch port to which the AP is connected is POE (802.2af) instead of POE+ (802.2at)."

morover the flags that i see for all the ap's controller is "A2da" , so is there anything un-usual which has occured , i am not sure ?

Typically Amber means you are not using AT power.  How are your APs being powered?

hi there, thanks for confirming this to me.  i was concerned if this could be an issue.

i already have asked the customer to check this.
