AP 92 can’t up ，AOS 6.4.4.21

AC 7205 upgrade to 6.4.4.21，then AP 92 cant up，always reboots and upgrades.But AP 93 can up ,AP 92 view flags:U.

If you run 'show log all 50' does this give any clues?

Was the AP92 provisioned previously?
