AP Status is "down (denied)" Even Though Whitelisted

    I have an AP125 that has the status "down (denied)". However, when I look up the mac address, I can confirm it is in the whitelist. I've tried deleting it from the whitelist, rebooting the AP and manually adding it back to the whitelist but no luck as it still reports as ""down (denied)".

    is this is a RAP or CAP AP?
    If CAP is control plane security enabled?

    Yes CPS is enabled. Thanks for that link. I will clear the AP from the databse, reboot and see what happens. Post an update later today
