    Hello Everyone,

    i have two model of AP (305 & 207), I recently perform a firmware upgrade from 6.4 to 8.5 but not all AP is appearing on my access point list on my virtual controller despite that all of them are reachable and is working properly.

    any quick resolution?

    How did you upgrade the cluster? They each use different firmwares. Are they both upgraded to 8.5? If not, you will need to upgrade the other one to the same version/build.

    Thanks for your reply.

    Actually i upload the firmware via a tftp server and both AP is updated to version 8.5.

    i have two AP model in my cluster namely 207 and 305 &

    in GUI only 8 AP is being displayed in a total of 60 AP. All 60 APS is pingable and is working.

    the issue is solve actually their's a bug to firmware version 8.5 so i downgrade it 8.4 and everything is working normally.

    TAC has a patch if you are running 8.5 with Airwave 8.2.9.   Contact TAC and they will patch Airwave.
