If you have 802.11k enabled on any of your SSIDs, please try disabling it and see if the rebooting stops.

At the moment we have disabled 802.11k, now we will observe.

We have the same problem in a network of 11 APs (2 x 205 models and 9 x 103 model models). The problem is on 103 models.

I am getting the same thing on 4 of our 38 AP-335's

Don't know if this will help.

Disabling 802.11k would only be valid for IAP-103s.

    Got ya, Thank you.

So for the 335's, we are in a cycle where the same 4 AP's are (power cycling) but the lights are not turning off on the AP. Our clients are getting kicked off when they connect to one of the AP's that are stuck in the cycle.

They are getting cycled every 3 min or so.

Other AP's on the same Switch are not getting power cycled.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks!

If you opened a TAC case, they would want you to get the tech support for the APs, so that they can know the reboot or rebootstrap reason.

    Thanks, Colin.

Ok, that is what I will do.

    Thanks.

It is interesting that in previous versions I did not have this problem, although I see that the problem has occurred in many users. Is it a software or a hardware problem? Is the hw controller the solution?
