AP remote access

    Hi,

    i am trying to obtain remote access to an AP via the controller or MM, i am not sure what the commands are! In a previous life i have gone onto a controller typed in

    #Conn AP <AP-ID> 

    and this has given me access to the AP so that i can obtain stats and logs etc

     

    I do not know what the commands are for Aruba AOS8. Can anyone advise me please?

    thank you for the response but is there any way that you can remote onto an AP. I know that i can console onto an AP but how about a remote session??

    Yes.

    In the AP system profile, you need to (1) Enable Console (2) Set a Console Password (3) Enable Telnet.

    After that, you can telnet into an AP.
