Wireless Access

Our setup is this:

one master controller and a local controller at the main office

one controller at an offsite office connected back to the main office via EVPL

The issue we are having is that the APs at the remote office is not showing up on the controller at that office but at the main office local controller.

We do I need to check. Thanks in advance.

Has this always happened or did it just start happening?

You should check if the AP is bootstrapping or if it is having issues reaching the local controller ? Is it just the particular AP ?

Is the other controller configured as a backup LMS ?

I just noticed this earlier this week.

The APs see the local controller they should be connecting to because they get an IP from the controller. But after that it connects to the main office local.

Did you check the LMS-IP in the AP-Group that the access point is in to see what it is pointing to?
