I have a AP104, i can use only two antennas of ANT-1b on it. one for 5Ghz and another for 2.4Ghz.

    Which port i must use A0 or A1 for each R0 and R1 ?

    Here you go:

    R0/A0: Radio 0 (5GHz), chain 0

    R0/A1: Radio 0 (5GHz), chain 1

    R1/A0: Radio 1 (2.4GHz), chain 0

    R1/A1: Radio 1 (2.4GHz), chain 1

This is not recommended. Either use the 2.4 or 5 radio only and shut off the one not in use. Or purchase two other antennas

@SethFiermonti So, there should be no antenna port that is left open, right.?

Yes - no port left open unless you disable that radio (in case you don't have 4 antennas)
