AP125 not showing up on dashboard/controller

My AP125 shows as an UP status on "All Access Points" but it does not show up on the Controller Access Point page and therefore on the dashboard I do not see its WLAN or Antennas.

Any ideas on how to fix this? I have tried provisioning the AP but that doesn't change anything.

    Thanks,

    Alvin

That is because "all access points" show all access points that are connected to all controllers.

Controller> Access points only shows access points connected to that physical controller.

According to "all access points" your access point is physically connected to the local controller with the ip address  192.19.26.200

Right but those screenshots were taken on the console for the local controller, 198.19.26.200, where the AP is plugged into the first port.

If you only have a master controller, it should show up in both places.  If you were looking from the management page of the local controller there would be a "Master Controller" tab, and I don't see that in either screenshot.  Are you saying that you are logged into the 192.168.26.200 controller?

Yes, I only have an AP125 and XM3200 in my lab and I am logged into the only controller (master) on 198.19.26.200
