On AP134 with PoE Injector (PD-9001GR-AC) did not come back up automatically after a power outage.
To make it work again he needs to
disconnect both cables in the PoE Injector
connect again the cables starting with "Data In" first then "Data Out" after

Replace the power injector or the AP. Either one could be damaged.
