Wireless Access

• Same profile used for AP325 also.
• No issues connecting when the AP is 325.
• Limited connection when the AP is 205H and a Windows 7 or Android client.  Connects, but no IP requested.
• Appled devices, no issues on either APs.
• Have updated drivers on the Win7 laptops.  These are old.
• Android is the latest. (pixel 8.0))

What is providing DHCP?

What channel is the access point on?

Are you sure your client is connecting on the 2.4ghz band?

What channel is the AP on at that time?

1. isc-dhcp-server running under Debian

3. Only 2.4 band is available on this profile.

2,4.  Seem to be the same to me.  This same profile is under the 325 with no issues.  Not sure what you are requesting here.

These Windows 7 laptops do not support anything but the 2.4 band.  If I add an LDAP authenicated profile, they join with no issues after the credentials are entered on 2.4.

If i put the Android units in the MAC authenicated profile which is 5 band, connect with no issues.

Should mentioned all APs running mixed mode.  By changing from AES ro TKIP the Win7 computers connected to the 205H.  But, going to a 325, the Win7 was able to connect in both modes. (AES and TKIP)

Android still a problem.

Any ideas?
