f you have an issue with these mount bosses (did they come loose?), you can rely on our product warranty to get the unit (AP) replaced.

I have received this access point from an acquaintance, and I think it is already 3/4 years old. I do not know if there is still a guarantee, because I miss those two caps that I have to put on before I can click on that bracket.

Might help to post a picture of the back of the AP you have. Not sure how those could have been removed.

Hello these are the two caps (brackets I think) that are missing.

Yeah, that's not something that can be repaired.

Assuming these were not ripped off, warranty would cover that, but give that you're not the original owner of the product, the Aruba limited lifetime warranty amy not apply.

Is it still possible to have it repaired or not?

Aruba doesn't repair APs. We either replace the unit if covered by warranty, or you're basically on your own. Sorry.

Is it also not possible that I pay those two separate caps with screws?

    No, sorry.

I could possibly ship you some of those, but installation will require that you fully dis-assemble the AP. That's not something you want to do.

Onno is right. I did recently follow an Aruba AP autopsy session :). Opening an AP is not what you want to do.

Have already dismantled my access point. So if it's still possible that you might send a few and what you ask for.

Well, at least that addresses the warranty question (voided)  ;-)

Send me your shipping details via a direct private message, and I'll ship you a couple.
