We just had one of our AP225 AP covers fall off.  At first we thought someone tampered with it but there are no signs of damage or anything.  The plastic where the screws from the back connect to just broke!  Has anyone else seen this problem?  We will try and RMA it for sure...

Just got word from a customer that in the past few months they've had 5 covers fallen off from the 225's without any human interaction . These have been in production for roughly 1 yearand have about 200 of them deployed.

Seems like the build quiality isn't good enough here... We're also notifying Aruba TAC.

Aruba TAC asked me of the placements. They are deployed in a modern office building in the ceiling using the brackets that accompany the AP's. The temperature is around 20-22 degrees Celcius, and the first ones fell off 3-4 months after deployment.

Might be we just got a batch with some faulty plastic.. We have other customers with many AP225's deployed in various locations which have not experienced this.

Adding a picture which are more or less identical to the OP's.
