    Hi All,

AP 334 with AP-ANT-48 by mistake was provisioned as outdoor AP which should be provisioned as indoor AP.

we will re-provision as Indoor at the earliest but would like to know what will be the performance impact until we re-provision them as Indoor AP?

    AP-ANT-48

The antenna pattern seems to be a 60 by 60 degree antenna, will this suffice for your wireless requirement? indoor AP normally come in omni directional unless as mention you are catering for directional indoor AP.

Yes this will suffice for the customer requirement. Would like to know whether Indoor AP provisioned as outdoor what will be the side affects / performance issues if any?

Under what regulatory domain is the AP334 operating? There may be certain channels or power settings allowed/excluded in outdoor operations that are different when operating indoors.

I'm not personally familiar with that regulatory domain.

Checking the options on my controller with the following command "show ap allowed-channels country-code SG", it looks like the allowed channels are the same for indoor vs outdoor.

Allowed Channels for Country Code "SG" Country "Singapore"
