I have two 7240 controllers running 6.3.1.14 setup in a dual/dual HA system. One controller is a local with all of the AP configured for that controller. The other controller is a Master with no APs configured to be on it other than failover. I am seeing APs failing over to the master (may 15 or 20 out of 520) and they won't go back to their original controller unless I reboot them. The HA setup is the same across my entire enterprise but this is the only location experiencing this issue. IP Mobility is not enabled but I do have LMS IP active. Any ideas/suggestions.

When HA roles of the controllers are set to dual, the active controller will be determine by the LMS-IP setting in the AP system profile and the standby controller will be selected from the list of controllers listed in the HA group in the round-robin fashion.
