The boot log does not show the AP finding its master.
Who is the master controller for this AP?
How is the AP set up to discover the master controller?

If you have a single AP, the model number on the sticker must say IAP-325, otherwise it cannot operate by itself. You would need a separate hardware controller to work with an AP-325.

Right now it's an APusing ArubaOS 6.4.0.0
If you are unsure whether it's an AP or IAP, hard reset the AP.
If it is an IAP variant , it should come back up as an IAP.

It says ap325 from the image shared. Also it's model is APIN 0325.Thus it needs a controller for it to come up.

What is your requirement for the network?
A controller based AP also requires a license bundle to be purchased additionally for the AP to be used whether it is virtual or hardware based controller.
To use airwave to control the AP , You would first need a standalone MM setup or a MM-MD setup with SNMP&SSH enabled to the airwave server, this just calls for more licenses (MM-VA, MC-VA).
If you just want a wifi device that you can plug a ethernet cable with internet access to and get started, then i'd say swap the AP to an IAP Variant.
