Active Active Config

    We are deploying two 7210 controllers in our main office for the first time and would like to go with the best practice Aruba suggests Active/Active w/ fast failover I believe it is. With that being said looking through the redundancy models it suggests using local/local setup however I thought there had to be a master controller designated? We have always had all our offices with single controllers as masters, when trying to setup a local controller it wants a master controller IP designated.

     

    Any help on clearing this up for me?

    You would do master-local.
