Adding new AP 135 does not generate any heat in VisualRF

    I recently added a new AP to a new Floor in VisualRF.  When adding this AP I get no data from the AP about anykind of heatmap.

    It is just the AP and bunch of white space.  I've noticed that I do not get the same options when clicking on the AP as i do from APs in my network.  I've attached some screen shots of the AP in question.

    That looks like a Dell (PowerConnect W AP135.  What version of airwave is this?

    It is a dell power connect ap 135 and we are running dell branded airwave version 7.5.7

    Okay.  I would click on System > VisualRF Engine (the logs) to see if there are any errors with that model AP.

    Are those the only error messages in the log?  Those messages wouldn't impact heatmaps.  Suggest opening a support case and sending them a full copy of the visualrf.log file.
