Adobe Flash Player error

    Dear All,

     

    I am getting Flash Player error while starting the Visual RF, please find the screen shot in attached mail. I had tried to to reload both software but no luck. Earlier it was working fine suddenly week back problem started.Kindly suggest any solution for the same.

    Try visiting http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ from Internet Explorer and
    installing the latest update.

    Tried re load of Adobe flash player and Visual also but error is still there.

    what windows version are you using? could always open a ticket with support (if you have airwave support).

    Have you triued accessing it using another client?

    VRF plan tends to lock on to the default browser.  What browsers do you have installed?  Which is default?  It may be worth checking which of your installed browsers is on a version of flash lower than 8.
