Wireless Access

We upgraded our AOS to 6.4.3.3 and added a 7205 as the local switch in a Master/Local scenario (the Master is a 3600). Prior to the addtion of the 7205 as the local and the upgrade to 6.4.3.3 (previous AOS was 6.3.12) Airprint worked fine. Since the upgrade and addtion of the 7205, Airprint no longer functions. Airplay works fine and all of our AppleTVs are displayed in the airplay list. However, no airprint printers are listed at all.

The Airgroup settings show both AirPlay and AirPrint as enabled on both controllers and neither has any disallowed vlans or other group restrictions. The show airgroup servers command lists the airprint devices, but no printers are displayed in any iOS device printer lists.

Anyone run into this?

You did two things:

- Add a controller 

- Upgraded an OS

There are quite a few things that could have broken AirPrint  along the way.

Is there a starting point that you'd recommend for troubleshooting?

Did some more snooping around on the controller configurations and found that the new local controller was not included in the AirGroup Domains list (Advanced Services > AirGroup>Settings)

I added the IP address of the local controller on the Master. Then on the local controller made sure to select the AirGroup Domain was set to active. All AirPrint printers are now displayed.
