Airwave Cannot see any client

AC and AP all up in airwave but cannot see any client there

What version of AirWave/AOS are you running? Has this just stopped working or has it never worked? Are you using AMON over SNMP?

Is your SNMP credentials correct? Can you successfully poll the device? Is there any errors in the Events log?

Are we using AMON or SNMP here? We can check if Prefer AMON vs SNMP is enabled under Amp setup --> General --> Additional amp services. If so let make sure we have AMON profile enabled on the controller as well and mapped to Airwaves IP address.

You can upload it under Visualrf --> Add campus --> Building --> Then floor plan. I would request you to refer the user guide for Airwave which have the steps on how to create building/campus/floorplan also, more details on it.
