Airwave Signal Quality SNR broken?

Airwave shows the Signal Quality of a client with the SNR Value.
There is a blue line that shows the signal and a red line that shows the noise.
We noticed that sometimes when the signal of the client is lost, the blue line (signal) AND the red line (noise) has a lot of gaps.
I don't understand, why even the noise shows gaps. Does it mean the radio is broken or disabled?

Please open a TAC case about this. There is not enough information in your post to understand what could be wrong. Please post screenshots of what you are talking about.
