Hello all,

we have recentaly upgraded Airwave to the version 8.2.5. Now I can't find anymore where to add manually devices!

In the previous version was this possible under "Device Setup":

But on the version 8.2.5 I cannot find this point anymore!

Also in the latest user guide provided in airwave I can't find the answer.

Can anybody help?

Maybe I wasn't clear. Click on the arrow on the drop down list as highlisted below. Then select custom device.

the point is that you have a Airwave version before 8.2.5! You have under the "Device Setup" drop down menu the following items:

But we have the version 8.2.5 and we cannot find the "add" item under "Device Setup" and this is the point.

It's there in 8.2.5, try to flush your browser cache or go into incognito mode in the browser. Also make sure your account is an admin account. :)

I'm logged in with the "admin" account. ;) I have also try to enabled the incognito mode with Firefox version 56.02 and with Safari version 10.1.2 and also with Google Chrome version 62.0.3202.75 same results no "add" item under "Device Setup"?

By the way when I go to the version 8.2.4.1 then I get the "add" item...

Is there a license key added on this setup?  If you're at the max for your license key, then the 'add' setting is hidden.  Check Home -> License to see whether or not you're at the limit.
