Can we allow access to an Open SSID based on the device type using dhcp fingerprinting ?

what we want is to allow laptops to connect to a particular open ssid but not mobile devices.

dhcp fingerprinting is useful is identifying the device type but it only assigns a role to it  but it still uses up the DHCP pool.

any suggestions to preserve the DHCP pool on open ssid are welcome.
