Android Xperia slow roaming

    Hello, 

     

    I'm experiencing a strange issue with some Xperia X with Android 6.0.1

     

    I founded that this phone are not able to roams correctly. Actually the phone wait for the very low signal before roams to another AP and we've got disconnection...

     

    We tested with one Nexus and Iphone which the both works like a charms...

    all are activated excep the handoff assist which cause bad experience...

     

    Anyone experiencing this issue ? or how i can improve this behaviour ?

    Install "Aruba Utilities" from the google play store and see the signal strength of all the APs in that area when you connect to that SSID.

    Do you have any tips and tricks on this app ? or something that i need to take care when i'll analyze the wifi connection over this app ?

    The APP tells you the signal strength of neighboring APs from the Xperia perspective.  Click on "Not Filtering SSIDs" to only show the APs on your client's SSID.
