AppRF option is not being shown in dashboard

    Good day Community!

     

    I have a question regarding AppRF. I went through the proper documentation, enabled DPI on the controller and I am not able to see the "AppRF" option whatsoever.

     

    I tried to configure a web filtering but options are not there. Please feel free to review the captures.

     

    Am I missing something? Should I reboot my controller ?

    Did you reboot the controller after making the firewall changes?

    No sir, although I can see hits on the firewall.

    You typically have to reboot when you enable those firewall options.

Application visibility/control is already enabled in one or more controllers in "/md/LabControllers". Changes would take effect after reloading controller(s) in "/md/LabControllers"

    Good day!

     

    I am very sorry for the delay. I rebooted my controller yesterday and the option AppRF is not being shown on the controller. My ariwave is seen the traffic though.

     

    Any idea?

    What version of ArubaOS is this?  Did you try clearing your browser cache?

    Yes sir I did. 

     

    The version is 6.5.1.9 and the model is 7205.

     software: 6.5.1.9

    Partition 0: ArubaOS 6.4.4.16

    Partition 1 (default boot) ArubaOS 6.5.1.9

     

    will this help?

    You should probably open a TAC case.  Besides loading the license and enabling those firewall options on each controller, I don't know what else should be needed.
