Aruba 303 Configuration Urgent

    Good Day .

    I just installed a new IAP 303 to my office (  I’ve already have 4 ap’s are works very well ) .

    As you see in the attached below the new AP after configuring in the same subnet it become red in the virtual controller and the name of it is the mac address ( I’ll give it a name )

    I turned auto join off to see the Ap , when I enable the auto join the Ap does not appear as you see in the immage below .

    Please I need your support in this case to configure this AP .

    Why did you turn auto join off?

     

    EDIT:  You should be able to reboot that access point after you turn auto join back on and it should join.

     

    If it does not join, SSH into the Virtual controller and type "show log system" to see why it could be rejecting it.
