I can't find any specifics on this by checking data sheets, but maybe my search powers are struggling today.  I'm planning on building out an office space with 2x Aruba 7010 controllers, but the PDU's we are bringing in are 220v rated.  The exact model appears to be a JW681A.

Can anyone help me determine if this support higher voltages, or if I need a step down transformer to not fry these controllers out?

All AC powered controllers have a universal voltage PSU - please see below excerpt from the hardware install guide.
