    Aruba 651 is only supported till ArubaOS 6.2 according to the End-of-Life page. It could be that the controller works till 6.4 but with the internal AP disabled.

     

    Could it be that the flash has been erased on this unit?

     

    You could try to format the flash and upload new firmware.

     

    Unfortunately, the 651 is pretty old and no longer supported.

    yes,we have formated the nand flash and reinstall the aos, and even we have changed the sop48 nand flash from another work well 650, it is same.

     

    So we think there are some bad block in another nand flash (BGA one)

    There are two nand flash in 650. one sop48+one bga

    Sorry, it looks to me that the unit is just broken. I'm out of options to help you.
