    Hi :)

     

    I have a problem with Captive Portal, when android devices try to authenticate to a SSID, they got IP address but  the browser doesn't redirect them to the captive portal page, however, Iphone and laptops reach the captive portal without problem. The authentication method is RADIUS. The Wireless Lan Controller is a 620 and has the 6.1.3.4. version. Can someone help me with this?

    Enable "Drop Broadcast and Multicast" from vap profie.

    Thanks @syedmuradali. Enable "Drop Broadcast and Multicast" from vap profile is the solution but I changed the version to ArubaOS 6.3.1.2_41362.

     

    But the apple devices try to authenticate to a SSID with captive portal, the browser doesn't redirect to the captive portal page. So, here the solution, for apple devices:
