Aruba IAP 315 Ethernet Port is not Working

    Hello All,

     

    I have IAP 315, the ethernet port is not working neither data nor power.

    But it is power up using the power adapter. all of this happened after i tried to charge the phone using its usb port.

     

    Does the port just SHUTDOWN or the AP need an RMA now ?
