When I connect to my RAP at home I get an immediate notification stating wrong password and the ssid disappears and the ap’s radio light indicators turn amber. we tested it on the work network prior to taking it off site and it worked.
AP205 is the model I’m using.
Did you test it on the internal network, or on an external network when it was at your work location?
Do you have any output that shows it connected to the RAP controller, and what status it is in?
Tested it on an internal network however, it was connecting to the controller via the public IP of the controller.
I am going to check the controller output again with it connected remotely.
