    I have an AP65 with PD3001 midspan for power supply. Can I use "Aruba Serial Breakout Adapter" as attached to connect to the AP console?

    No.  That breakout adapter is only for devices that are powered via POE or power adapter.  Devices that are powered by an inline injector cannot work with those pinouts.
