    Hello Every one

Is it possible to configure Aruba controller 7030 to Act as Master to Aruba controller 3400 that will act as local controller to 7030 & If it possible what is the best practice to do that regarding to licenses and other things

    Thanks

It is possible, but they would have to run ArubaOS 6.4, because that is the last code supported on the 3400.

As for "best practices", configuration is not different than any other controllers.

The 3400 and 7030 cannot work together unless they are running 6.4, period.  You would have to downgrade for them to work together, yes.  You would then have to make sure that all of your access points can work on ArubaOS 6.4
