    Hi

Let me ask one question that able to config on Aruba controller side. Our network desigan is very simple cos of customer network is quite small. We set only one vlan for Controller interface ip, loopback ip, AP IPs and Client IPs as same as client Lan network cos they have 1 vlan. Then customer wanted to stop delivering DHCP from their router and controller whould take that task. So we created DHCP pool for client with gateway and DNS.

Controller and their network switch is connect with L2 - access port. That's why, all of their LAN clients can get DHCP ip from Aruba. Normally customer use Static IPs for LAN PC and they don't allow PC to go internet. So Aruba controller can limit only wireless client can get DHCP ip from aruba controller in this network design?

Normally we used to set Controller and APs are in 1 Vlan and Client is another Vlan without assing port. Then DHCP pool for that Client.  But this case, customer want to have 1 Vlan at aruba controller and L2 connected with their switch.

Can we limit at controller DHCP IPs not delivery for LAN client which are connected via from their switches?

    Thank in advance.

If the clients are in the same layer2 subnet, the Aruba will give all of them DHCP because the Aruba controller will see requests from both wired and wireless clients.

Moving under ArubaOS and Mobility Controllers for better visibility.
