I'm trying to config syslog on Aruba controller AOS 8  in order to view syslog meaages on Solarwinds server.

is there any particular port to be used ?

By default it sends output on the standard port 514 if you do not specify.  It should be the same on Solarwinds...  unless I am wrong.

    thank you,

indeed, it's using port 514, now I can see traffic with wireshark and also on Solarwinds.

One more question, it is possible to select at the 'logging level' tab more than 1 option ? I mean, informational and critical for example.
