    Hey, I can't seem to login to view the attachment? Could you attach it to this post? Please attach a console cable to the AP and then provide the output here.

    sorry for late to replay 

    this is putty output it's stopped at Radio and i try to rest it many times but not fix it

    You should RMA this device by contacting TAC.  It should not stop there.
