    Hello,

ArubaOS 6 has perfect debug firewall tool  "User Firewall State" (Monitoring->CONTROLLER->Clients->name of client->Status->User Firewall State). See below.

Is possible get same or similary output from ArubaOS 8 for the specific client (web gui or cli)?

    Hi

In the webUI, go into "Dashboard" -> Traffic Analysis then to filter by a client, you will see in the summary row something like "  " - click on the "10" (as it is here) and then you can choose applications or destinations etc (and you will see it's filtered by host IP)

    From the CLI, use:
    show datapath session table <ip>
show datapath session dpi table <ip>

    Hi Jeff,

Thank you for answer. Yes it is useful. Will Aruba integrate same "table" as ArubaOS 6? It was more convenient and clear.

    Have a nice day,

    hi Jan

I highly doubt there will be a return to that style of output.

You could consider to use the API to run the show command "show datapath session table <ip>" which returns output that more or less mimics the output that was shown in rel 6 (it just does some conversion of flags to strings etc).

Wrap it up with some other queries for clients by IP or by name/mac then IP and then just render the output as a table.
