ArubaOS 8.x L3 Master redundancy

    Hi,

     

    We deployed L3 MM redundancy in our AOS 8 environment, and although it is working as expected we couldn't find easy way to monitor two important things for us:

     

    • How do we check if sync between two MMs is happening every 2 hours
    • How to check which one of MMs is acting as Active

    Both pieces of information are available from CLI, but we would like to have it available either on GUI or as some kind of email alert. Thanks in advance.

    hi,

     

    i do not think there is an option on the gui for this

     

    you can redirect syslog message or snmp traps to airwave or some other monitoring servers and after that make a rule which contains if this syslog messages comes mail me
