    Hi,

If I buy MM-VA-50 (Which supports 50 APs, 500 Clients, 5 Controllers) and than need to expand more, can I buy additional MM-VA-50 license and increase the total limit to 100 APs, 1000 Clients and 10 Controllers? Or the MM-VA licensing does not work that way so I need to upgrade directly to MM-VA-500?

    Regards,

    Rahman

So if I have 70 AP and 3 VMC, I have to buy a VA MM 50 and 23 licenses, or with 2 VA MM 50 in addition to having the 100 licenses I have also redundancy of the MM?

Make sure you resize your VMM so that it's larger than the VA-MM-50, and then you could install two of the MM 50 licenses.

You shut down  the VM and change the RAM or CPU on the VM.  The MM should detect the change it when it boots back up.

    Thanks that worked!

What about hard drive space? I increased the Hard drives of the two disks and it doesn't seem to recognize that they where increased. Is there a script or command that will allow the VM to use the increased space?

    Thanks,

    Derek

Add a new drive at the increased side. The VM will detect the new larger drive and will format and migrate data to that drive.

    Hi

AFAIK you should have support for all the licenses, not just a part of them.

    Hi

The MM-VA only comes in sizes :

    50, 500,1K,5K or 10K. So no 23 License!

You need 2 times a 50 license to create one VMM with 100 licenses for MDs.

AFAIK there is no license needed for a redudant VMM
