Bad download link for 6.3.1.17 MMC on the Aruba support site, other downloads are fine.

It seems a lot of the other download links are also giving XML errors. I tried .16 but I got a "unable to determin partition version" on my 72xx controller. So I tried.15 but they are giving XML errors except for the 72xx download!

So at the moment I have my two 3xxx controllers with .16 loaded on and my 72xx with .15 loaded on. Not good. Anyone know whats happend to the code downloads?? Tried Chrome and IE 9.

Please share a link to the download that you are trying to retrieve.

Wait.  The correct download for the 72xx series is "ArubaOS_72xx_6.3.1.17_50532" NOT "ArubaOS_MMC_6.3.1.17_50532"

I tried copy and pasting the link and managed to get the downloads.

I tried .17 on my 3400 but the process just stops after a couple of blue bar cycles

I tried .17 on the 72xx but I get Error determining new default boot partition version.

At the moment I have .16 on the 3200 and .15 on the 72xz, the paritions are not bootable at the moment. Trying to update from 6.3.1.7

Maybe some smaller steps are needed?

Hi, yes I was using the MMC image for the 3 series controller and the dedicated software image for the 7200 controller.

Just trying to TFTP up the .17 software to my two 3000 series seems to be getting further although my laptop just hard locked up which has'nt helped.

Ok all done, thank you! I had to run the MMC image a couple of times due to time outs, but its on now. The 7000 controller took it first time. The download links seem to be hosted on the Amazon cloud and I get all sorts of errors. Anyway, just watching my APs coming back up now.

I undertand that 6.4 is a no no as we still have AP61 at customer sites?
