Bandwidth contract per user doesn't work

    Dear all experts,

    I'm implementing aruba controller 7010 and due to a lot of clients are using our wireless. So my customer want me to limit bandwidth per user. For my configuration, i have many user role on one SSID 802.1x. And each user role , i create bandwidth contract profile such downstream_10M , upstream_5M, and assigned to that role with "per user". However when i tested with "speedtest.net" by each user of each role. Such user1/role1 , can work with bandwidth contract, but the remaining users (such user2/role2, user3/role3, user4/role4 , user5/role5) can't work with bandwidth contract. My AOS version is 6.4.2.3.

    Anyone please advice me how to solve it? Or usually bandwidth contract can't work with "per user".

    That should work.  Please open a TAC case so they can replicate your issue.
