We are having an issue with a new video app running on iPads. The app is a virtual interpreter. The user have complained that every now and then they get bad quality video. I looked at the way the wireless in general was configured. The SSID, WMM is enabled. But when I go to look at the WMM Traffic Management it is blank. I was just looking for a little help with the settings that should be used.

Is there any idea what ports the application uses?  If you have 802.11n or 802.11ac in use, WMM is automatically enabled, as per the standard.

It is also possible that the application and ipad is not prioritizing the traffic.

lastly, it is possibly that your wifi is not optimized or there is congestion.
