Brand new Rap-3 not broadcasting "Instant" SSID

    I'm trying to convert a Rap-3 to be a remote AP, however the AP is not broadcasting the "instant" SSID.  I've reset the AP multiple times, but nothing.  The WLAN light is orange.  Does the product need to be RMAed or am i missing something?

    Resolved... AP has to be wired first.  My mistake.
