    Is there a way to configure one WLAN to broadcast on 5ghz, and another to broadcast on 2.4ghz on the same AP via mobility master?  Or do I have to use airmatch freeze?

    In the default WLAN configuration page, it is not seen, but if you click on Profiles and Navigate down to the Virtual AP, you can edit the "allowed band" setting to say what band an SSID will be broadcast on:
