    Hi guys, do you know what this error mean? it happens when i click on change status on the access tracker 

     

    Error from Access Control Service - java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused

    Do you have RFC 3576 configured on your controller and clearpass?  Has this ever worked?

    yes, i have it configured on both and no it has never worked.

    I have a production server with 6.5.5.78974 and it work there, my lab is running 6.5.0.71095 so i am upgrading to the same version now to test.
