6 controllers hooked up to a router - these are m3 controllers.  Suddenly SNMP warnings come through saying multiple controllers are at critical network process load.

One of the controllers appears to be very sluggish over SSH and HTTP.  I reboot it - router instantly calms down.  Show cpuload and cpuload current show everything low.  Show processes show everything is okay.  Only thing that is wack is:

    Datapath Network Processor Utilization

while on the other 3 controllers have CPU 17 around 99%.

    Any tips or ideas?

Nothing is crashing so no logs there but I did pull tech-support logs to send to TAC.... just wanted to poke around a bit still before I open a case....

    Thanks!

Hmph.... found packets stalled in the buffer of the router - upnp type stuff.  Primarily coming from a single IP - so we black listed this Macbook Pro and things steadied out...... we'll dig tomorrow on what that is and I'll post back here.... probably get Aruba involved to look at the tech support logs to see what specifically was spiking....

You did not say what version of ArubaOS. TAC should be able to help you with this one.

Sorry about that ... late at night.

    6.3.1.2 - opening case.  Thanks!
