    Hi

I setup Guest self-register with captive portal on controller aruba and edited captive portal by insert html format below

    "<p>
    Self Register Please,<br/>
    <a href="http://10.10.1.100/selfregis.php"> Click here </a>
    </p>"

After user connect guest SSID, captive portal was redirected and then user who did't have a guest account must click the link for request an account but page did't redirect. I've checked policy and allowed IP 10.10.1.100. How to troubleshoot this problem?

Can you even get to that page from your local network?  It has to work from there first.  Also, that page is http, it is https by default.

You should do a packet capture on that client and see what happens to the client request.  Without knowing anything about how your setup is configured, that is the most conclusive thing that you can do.

Now I can click a link on customize captive portal.

I have a ''user-captive" role which will be returned to user after user connected the SSID. In ''user-captive" role have three firewall policies. There's logon-control, captiveportal and web which be created in order to allow user go to 10.10.1.100. I try move web policy on the top following logon-control and captiveportal. It works!

Could you explain me about that?
