Can't create User Roles on WLC 7210

Hi all,

I want to create my "User Roles" on WLC 7210 running 6.5.1.4 version.

Following the guilde line, i need "Navigate to the Configuration > Security > Access Control > User Roles > Click Add to create and configure a new user role.". But i can't see any buttion is "Add" in my WebUI instead, there are the "default-role" what i can't delete.

I've tried using CLI to create the "User Roles", but the result is same:

(config) #user-role TestRole
^
% Invalid input detected at '^' marker.

Anyone can help me resolve this issue?

Did you installed PEF licenses? The PEF licenses will enable the firewall capabilities on the controller and allow you to add or remove ROLES and ACLs

Also if this is a local controller you won’t be able to make change since all the changes are pushed from the Master

Hi VicTor,

Your mean is Policy Enforcement Firewall? Well, If i'm right, It possible is root cause because i don't see them in WLC's Flash :D
