    Hi all,

I'm hoping I'm missing something trivial but I factory defaulted (used the reset button) an IAP-215 to AOS 8.6.0.2 but I can't seem to login. I performed the factory reset procedure before and after the upgrade and admin/admin isn't working. Any ideas what I could be missing?

    Thanks!

    -Ryan

Use admin as the username and the Serial Number as the password.

    Thanks!! - This worked.

Of note, this runs contrary to Aruba's published (and very recently updated) documentation. Oy

You need to contact Aruba TAC.  The device was most likely assigned to a Central Account.

You may be required to show proof of purchase of the device.
